I stayed for a week and have nothing to complain about. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Times Square, which allowed us to explore many places on foot. The subway is very close, with easy access to JFK Airport and various tourist attractions. The breakfast is complete, with coffee and water always available. From Monday to Thursday in the afternoon, they also offer snacks and drinks, which is a great bonus. Having a Target nearby and a functional kitchen in the room was very helpful on days we preferred to stay in. All the staff I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. The only downside is the elevator wait time, which can be frustrating during peak hours. However, by planning around those times, we avoided any major inconvenience. Without a doubt, it’s a place I would recommend!

Element Hotel located in center and close to main attraction, near shops and sub way. Every room has a fridge which makes it great for those who travels with kids! Breakfast is ok, all you need to start your morning in NYC. They even have a happy hour during the week around 4 or 5 pm, so nice to have a coffee and a few snacks. Many complain about elevators and crowd waiting, well, yeah you might wait sometimes a few minutes but i guess that's ok. Room service is fine, clean and tidy, plenty of shops and places to eat near by, and guys you must try famous 1 dollar pizza (slice) which is great! Receptionist was nice and helpful, overall it is a great place to stay and value for your money!
