Element Hotel located in center and close to main attraction, near shops and sub way. Every room has a fridge which makes it great for those who travels with kids! Breakfast is ok, all you need to start your morning in NYC. They even have a happy hour during the week around 4 or 5 pm, so nice to have a coffee and a few snacks. Many complain about elevators and crowd waiting, well, yeah you might wait sometimes a few minutes but i guess that's ok. Room service is fine, clean and tidy, plenty of shops and places to eat near by, and guys you must try famous 1 dollar pizza (slice) which is great! Receptionist was nice and helpful, overall it is a great place to stay and value for your money!

The room is spacious for New York Standards and there is a small kitchen with appliances, even a dishwasher. Room cleaning service every two days and they replenished all the toiletries and amenities. Place is reasonably clean. Although it was packed the reception was fast and efficient. We stayed 8 days and had a great time.

I really liked the hotel—it was incredibly nice and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were absolute gems—very kind and well-behaved. One person in particular, John, stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and made my experience even better.
